KVKK Clarification Text

Pursuant to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), as the EEN West Marmara Consortium partners in our capacity as the data controller, we would like to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data obtained through our website or application forms, whom it may be transferred to, and your statutory rights.

1. Data Controller

The data controllers are the Enterprise Europe Network West Marmara Consortium partners: coordinator institution KOSGEB Balıkesir Directorate, and partners KOSGEB Çanakkale Directorate, KOSGEB Edirne Directorate, Çanakkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Namık Kemal University Technopark.

2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data (name-surname, email, phone etc.) is processed solely within the scope of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law for the following purposes:

• Processing and managing your service requests within the scope of the Enterprise Europe Network program,
• Delivering announcements regarding inter-firm cooperation opportunities, trainings, and informational webinars,
• Fulfilling legal obligations arising from applicable legislation.

3. Rights of the Personal Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights as a data subject:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed,
• To request information if your personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,
• To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
• To request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law.

4. Exercise of Rights and Contact
